HMD unveils Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual Sim feature phones at Rs 1800

HMD Global has launched two Nokia basic models branded as Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual sim at a price of around Rs 1800.

HMD Global is a Finnish company and took over Nokia brand. It has announced its first new products without internet access.  These are the basic phones and are available at a cost of $26.

These basic phones Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 dual sim are available for the consumers from new year on wards and they can be bought in selected markets.

HMD Global is lead by former Nokia executives and they took over Nokia basic phone business from Microsoft after making a licensing deal with Nokia Oy to bring back the Nokia brand into the market.

Most of the people depend on basic phones in India, some places of Asia and Eastern Europe.

Nokia was the most famous brand before the smart phones were introduced into the market. Microsoft bought all of the Nokia’s handset activities in 2014. Nokia is now focusing on telecom network equipment.

Microsoft failed to compete with Apple and Samsung and has almost stopped its phone business.

Nokia 150 Dual SIM has 2.40 inch display with 240×320 pixels resolution. It features 0.3 mega-pixels rear camera. It has a battery capacity of 1020 mAh. It features dual sim.
