YASH Technology acquires Hyderabad IT company’s data sciences and analytics arm

YASH Technologies has acquired the data sciences and analytics arm of an unnamed IT services provider based in Hyderabad for an undisclosed sum.

An Illinois based technology services and outsourcing provider, YASH Technolgies has global operations in five continents.

The acquisition is said to boost YASH Technology’s IP footprint while also benefiting the company from the addition of the abundant talent of data scientists into its fold.

Bala Navuluri, COO, YASH Technologies said: “The acquisition strengthens YASH’s position in providing cutting edge advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, augmented reality and Blockchain solutions and services.

“It will enable us to harness these capabilities and platforms to support our customer’s digital transformation journey.”

Following the acquisition, YASH intends develop and improve the Business Process modeling framework, focused Supply chain management solutions and Transformation Platform.

This it stated will enable it in bringing in business agility and sustainable competitive advantage for its customers by offering them with Forecasting, Predictive modeling & Simulation solutions as well as Optimization.

By welcoming the experienced team of data scientists and domain experts under its umbrella, YASH Technologies anticipates to makes its deep functional and industry expertise stronger while adding weight to its Advisory-Consulting practice.
